We first met  over twenty years ago at the Gloriette Restaurant and coffee shop [existing no more] in St. Johns Wood. The introduction  was made twice over by Eileen Lane and Sheryl Gould who said Carol should look us up when she came to London to study. We made an immediate connection having children of the same age,people we knew in common and just understanding each other.We have continued to be close friends from that day and meet wherever and whenever possible in London or Tel Aviv. We know each other's families,we have shared our hopes and fears.Carol was there when Claudia had her first baby in "Israel and arrived with assimonim for the first phone call to announce Maayan's arrival [before mobile phones] to the World. We wish you Carol a very happy 70th birthday and look forward to many more years of friendship together. With all our love from England.
